Fantastic spa experience, but parking can be tricky

The spa experience was the highlight of my stay, featuring luxurious thermal pools and a variety of saunas that truly pampered me. I loved how spacious and clean my room was, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The breakfast spread offered plenty of delicious options, although I found the parking situation around the hotel to be quite challenging, especially if you arrive late.

Staying at this hotel made my weekend explorations a breeze, with the Infantryman Monument and Teatro Nuovo just a few steps away, allowing me to soak in the local culture easily.

I absolutely loved the extensive spa services, especially the unique Himalayan salt rooms that provided a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation.

The breakfast selection lacked variety on certain days, making it a bit monotonous during a longer stay.

Couldn't recommend more for a couple of nights

Exquisite spa treatments with warm saltwater pools and soothing Himalayan salt rooms made for relaxation bliss! ! Friendly staff happy to assist made us feel welcomed.

Cleanliness issues plagued our experience. bathrooms showed mold and dust, detracting from the charm of the stay.

Staying here was a real treat, especially with the amazing thermal pools and salt room in the spa – I left feeling so refreshed! The whole vibe of relaxation was perfect, especially after enjoying a soothing massage. Only minor hiccup was that the room could use a few more coffee pods, but I’d definitely recommend giving this spot a go! ☕️

The parking situation is a nightmare!!! Lack of AC makes for an uncomfortable stay!!! Room descriptions can be misleading, leaving guests frustrated!!!

I had a delightful stay and was pleased with the clean, comfortable room and the elegant bathroom facilities. The breakfast was plentiful with a great selection, and the staff were exceptionally kind, making me feel welcomed during my visit.

The Double or Twin Room with Spa Access was really great. Room was immaculate and spacious, which made lounging around super comfy. The bed felt fairly comfortable, but a little on the firm side. Enjoyed the European water treatments – an amazing addition! The view of Salsomaggiore from the room was a lovely surprise, adding to the charm of the stay.

Just a solid selection for an overnight stay in Salsomaggiore Terme with the best value for money ratio. The unprofessional service really let down the experience, especially considering the noise every night due to the disco next door. Make sure to check your room location if you’re sensitive to noises.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant spa with its relaxing mineral hot tub, and the fresh fruit selection for breakfast was delightful. The staff were attentive, providing a warm atmosphere that made me feel truly pampered during my stay.

The room was nice, but the pool rules are a bummer for families.
